Our response to COVID-19

The health and well-being of our members, employees and communities is our primary focus during the COVID-19 outbreak. We understand that now more than ever, our members need us for advice and support. Presently, our advice centres and Contact Centre will continue to operate during their usual hours of operation. Rest assured, we have plans in place to ensure members continue to receive the services they need.

At our advice centres and offices, we’ve implemented some reasonable protective health and safety actions, while following government precautions. We also encourage employees to stay home if they’re sick or have any symptoms.

Although all our advice centres are currently open during usual hours at this time, we encourage our members to take advantage of our digital and online banking services as well.

Thank you for your patience during this evolving situation and rest assured, we’ll continue to monitor this outbreak and its effects very closely and provide you with regular updates.
