On behalf of your credit union, I want to take this opportunity to address growing concerns and answer some questions concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.

We’re here to support your financial well-being

We recognize the financial impact this may ultimately have on our members, both personal and business. From pay disruptions, school and business closures to illness, the impacts are significant. As your financial partner, we’re committed to providing flexible solutions to help you through these challenging times. For borrowers, mortgage payment relief of up to six months is available, and other loan payment relief options exist. We’re in this together

Continuing our consideration to the health, safety and well-being of our employees, members and communities, we’re doing our part in ensuring that employees are self-isolating and staying home if they’re ill or if they’ve recently travelled abroad – and we respectfully ask for you to do the same. By following self-isolation, social distancing protocols and other government and health official directives, together we can limit the spread

Ways you can connect with us

Presently, our advice centres remain open during regular business hours. Decisions around future service delivery will be dependent on many factors including our available resources. We’re committed to staying in touch with you should we need to reduce service at any of our advice centres.

In addition to our advice centres, we provide many options to help you stay connected.

  • Reach out to our Contact Centre at info@alphaguarantees.com. Our specialists are equipped to help you with all your banking, borrowing and investment needs. We’re open Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. You can also chat with us through our website, online banking and mobile app.
  • Do your day-to-day banking using online banking, the Alpha Guarantee Bank Mobile app or Telebanking. Don’t forget that you can deposit cheques using your mobile phone with the Deposit Anywhere™ feature and you can access cash through the ATM. INTERAC e-Transfer® is also a safe and convenient way to send and receive money.
