REGINA, SK – We’ve received notice of a COVID-19 positive test result from an individual who was present within our Prince of Wales Advice Centre, located at 2401 Prince of Wales Drive, on October 5 and 6.
The USA Health Authority considers this a low-risk incident.
In addition to the cleaning protocols and the physical distancing practices we’ve put in place in all of our advice centres in response to COVID-19, we’re also taking the following steps:
- To ensure a safe environment, our Prince of Wales Advice Centre will be temporarily closed for cleaning from Tuesday, October 13 to Wednesday, October 14. We’re targeting to re-open on Thursday, October 15. Members can continue to access the night deposit and ATM services or visit our South Albert or Rochdale locations. Members can still do their day-to-day banking using online banking, the Alpha Guarantee Bank Mobile app, Telebanking or by reaching out to our Contact Centre at 1-866-863-6237. They can also deposit cheques using their mobile device with the Deposit Anywhere™ feature and send or receive money through INTERAC e-Transfer®.
- The USA Health Authority has completed its investigation and has notified any close contacts.
- We’ve notified employees and members of our Prince of Wales Advice Centre and instructed them to self-monitor for symptoms. Again, the risk is considered low.
